When you visit our website, the following data may in particular be processed:
When registering through our form, the following data may in particular be processed:
We process this data in particular for the purpose of handling registrations, contacting users, providing customer support, and managing the requested or selected services.
The trading results shown on the strategy pages come from our own trading accounts. No data of visitors or of client accounts is used for this purpose.
Where the GDPR applies, we base our processing on the following grounds: steps prior to entering into and the performance of a contract (registration, customer support), our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website, and your consent where we obtain it (analytics and marketing cookies). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Our website is delivered through Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA).
When you access the website, Vercel processes technical data and server log data (in particular IP address, time, requested address and browser information) in order to deliver the pages and secure the service. Delivery takes place through data centres in various countries.
When you submit the registration form, your details are transmitted to our server in encrypted form and delivered to us by email. We use them to handle your registration and to contact you.
To protect against abusive automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technical information about your browser and device as well as your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare in order to verify that the submission comes from a human.
We use Brevo for email communication and our CRM.
If, for example, you register via our registration form, the contact details you provide — in particular your name, email address, and, where applicable, telephone number — may be stored and processed in our Brevo account.
Brevo states that its databases are processed and stored within the European Union on its own servers and/or Google Cloud. Brevo names, among others, OVH in France and Germany and Google Cloud in Belgium as hosting providers.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use these technologies, among other things, for:
We use Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark) to manage your consent. Cookiebot stores your choice together with technical information such as the truncated IP address, the time and browser information. Where consent is required for certain tracking or marketing technologies, these technologies will only be activated after the relevant consent has been obtained. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie icon on the website.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse the use of our website.
Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, interactions, devices used, browsers, and approximate geographical information.
For users from Switzerland, the EU, and the United Kingdom, individual IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics. Google uses IP information, among other things, to derive approximate location information and subsequently discards it.
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and integrate various website tags and tracking services.
Google Tag Manager is used in particular to centrally manage technical scripts and services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
We use Google Ads for online advertising and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising activities.
This may include the processing of information about interactions with our advertisements and our website.
On some pages we embed content via Elfsight (Elfsight LLC). When you open these pages, your browser loads content from Elfsight's servers; technical data such as your IP address and browser information is transmitted to Elfsight in the process.
We offer contact via WhatsApp for customer support.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the information and messages you provide will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
WhatsApp and/or Meta may process certain information as part of its WhatsApp Business services and share it with other Meta companies. WhatsApp describes, for example, account, device, IP, and service-related information as possible categories of data. The content of personal messages and calls is generally protected by end-to-end encryption.
Our website also links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Telegram. These are simple links: data is only transmitted to these providers once you click a link. After that, the respective provider's privacy policy applies.
We only disclose personal data where this is necessary for the operation of our website, the provision of our services, communication with our customers, technical administration, or compliance with legal obligations.
In particular, the following categories of service providers may be involved:
When using certain technical services, personal data may also be processed outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA.
This applies in particular to services provided by international providers such as Vercel, Google, Brevo, Cloudflare, Usercentrics (Cookiebot), Elfsight, and Meta/WhatsApp. Where a country does not provide an adequate level of data protection, we base the disclosure on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or on a statutory exception.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Once the respective purpose has ceased to apply or statutory retention periods have expired, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there are legal grounds requiring further retention.
Data subjects have, within the scope of applicable data protection law, in particular the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data and to request the correction of inaccurate data.
Depending on the specific processing activities, additional rights may apply, namely the right to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing, to receive or transfer the data, and to withdraw consent.
Please address requests to the contact given in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, particularly if our website, the services we use, or legal requirements change.
The version published on this website at any given time shall apply.
